Histopixel is an established company (registered in February 2017), with over 8 years of continuous operation and an applied track record in software and AI for image processing. The company operates as an “Innovative Software R&D Consultancy,” delivering data analysis, machine-learning model development, and custom software tools for medical and research applications, capabilities directly aligned with developing, testing, and packaging the Gen-cryoEM prototype and later transitioning it toward a commercial product. Since 2024, Histopixel has been a solution provider to Harvard Medical School as part of an ARPA-H-sponsored initiative with a budget exceeding 100M USD.
