The GenAI-HPC4WB project aims to revolutionize recruitment processes by integrating Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), and High-Performance Computing (HPC). It addresses the challenge of evaluating large datasets, including CVs, audio, and video interviews, to assess candidate suitability with psychometric analysis. The project will develop AI models for analyzing text, voice, and video data, ensuring accurate and unbiased assessments. Leveraging HPC for efficient data processing, the goal is to optimize hiring decisions, reduce bias, and improve recruitment efficiency in diverse, multilingual environments.
