HPC-Enhanced Generative AI for Hyper-Personalized Knowledge Sharing in Large Enterprises

Through this FFplus Business Experiment, SLICK+ is integrating European High-Performance Computing (EuroHPC) infrastructure to scale three AI capabilities currently constrained by standard cloud computing:

Multilingual transcription at scale: Training custom speech models across five or more languages simultaneously- a task that would take weeks on standard infrastructure, reduced to days on HPC. This makes SLICK+ genuinely accessible to large multinational workforces where English is not the first language.

Hyper-personalised content delivery: Fine-tuning a personalisation engine that learns from each employee's role, behaviour and moment-of-need- so the right knowledge reaches the right person at the right time, rather than a one-size-fits-all library they have to search through.

Adaptive micro-learning content generation: Using generative AI to transform captured video and internal documentation into short, role-specific learning content- automatically, at scale, and in the employee's own language.
